Living In Balance
Here at Lennon House we use an evidence based program called Living in Balance.
Living in Balance consists of 48 sessions that offer in-depth education on the physical, social, and family issues.
It also has sessions on grief, compulsive sexual behaviours, relapse prevention, financial management, nutrition, and exercise to name a few.
This program is designed to accommodate addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges.
We advise that all residents have their mental health stabilized prior to being a resident at Lennon house.
Other programs are delivered by contractors.
Contractors are Life Coaches, who generously guide and teach certain programs here at Lennon House.
They offer the resources and tools to help clients with their personal development such as, communication and everyday life skills.
As well as spiritual and personal coaching along with mindful exercises and activities that focus on wellness.
